Product Marketing Manager
We’re looking for a Product Marketing Manager who can turn regulatory complexity into crisp, compelling storytelling. You’ll shape how the market understands Pulpstream, elevate our LOA narrative, and fuel demand with messaging that cuts through the noise.
This is a high‑visibility role for someone who loves writing, knows the LOA landscape, and isn’t afraid of a microphone.
What You’ll Own
- Be a public voice for Pulpstream — webinars, conferences, panels, customer events
- Position Pulpstream as the modern standard for Leave of Absence management
- Build sharp, differentiated messaging that resonates with HR leaders
- Create standout content: product stories, solution briefs, case studies, competitive insights, and sales enablement
- Translate product capabilities into value narratives that highlight compliance accuracy, automation, and employee experience
- Track market trends and competitive shifts to keep us ahead
What You Bring
- 3–7+ years in product marketing, ideally in HR tech or LOA/compliance-heavy workflows
- Strong understanding of LOA processes (FMLA, ADA, state leave laws)
- Exceptional writing skills — clear, concise, persuasive
- Confident public speaker with a polished executive presence
- Experience supporting SaaS sales teams
- Ability to move fast, think strategically, and execute with precision
Bonus Points
- Experience with no‑code platforms
- Background as an HR or LOA practitioner
- Familiarity with enterprise HR buying cycles
Solution Engineer – Process Automation Platform
We are looking for a Solution Engineer to help drive the successful adoption of our Leave of Absence Process Automation platform. In this role, you will act as the technical bridge between our product and our customers. You will be designing, demonstrating, and implementing automation solutions that streamline complex business processes. In this role, you’ll partner and work closely with customers to deliver impactful, scalable solutions for their processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with sales teams to understand client’s processes, needs, and translate them into tailored solutions
- Design and prototype automated workflows using the company’s platform, including integrations with third-party systems
- Deliver technical presentations, product demonstrations, and training material.
- Analyze existing business processes and recommend optimization strategies using automation
- Configure and implement workflows, rules engines, and decision logic within the platform
- Support customers during onboarding and implementation phases
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide ongoing solution support
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to relay customer feedback and influence product improvements
- Create and maintain technical documentation, solution architectures, and best practices
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or Mathematics (or equivalent experience)
- 2 - 5+ years of experience in QA or testing, implementation, sales engineering, or technical support
- Experience with business process automation, workflow tools, or low-code/no-code platforms
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Good to Have
- Basic to intermediate programming/scripting skills (e.g., JavaScript, Python, or similar)
- Understanding of APIs, system integrations, and web services (REST/SOAP)
- Experience working in a pre-sales or customer-facing technical role
- Understanding of security, compliance, and governance in automation solutions
